Enrollment
CLC is a 2-DAY MDO program: Tues & Thurs from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We do NOT have a summer program.
We take ages 12 months - 5 years.
We closely follow the Hays CISD calendar and follow the district for all delays/closures.

2025 - 2026 School Year
We are completely full for the school year and have a fairly lengthy list, so the waitlist is no longer available for this school year (2025 - 2026).
OPEN ENROLLMENT for the 2026 - 2027 school year will be April 6th. There will be a link HERE at 8am on April 6th. Add your child to the list and we will be in touch within a few weeks.
The current waitlist will NOT carry over. Everyone must place them on the list beginning April 6th if you would like to attend next school year. Please check out our parent handbook on the home page.

Group Tours

No RSVP needed. Just show up. These tours are not done on school days for security purposes.

Please note that April 6th at 8am our waitlist opens. If you are interested and haven't toured, go ahead and put them on the list anyway. There is no deposit due until they have a sure spot. You can remove them at any time. Our waitlist fills up very fast.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition: $315 per month for the 2026-2027 school year
Due on the 1st day of each month.
There is a $25 late fee on all tuition paid after the 8th.
One-Time Registration Fee: $200 per child due when you get a spot.
*This fee is non-refundable fee once a child is enrolled in our program.

One-Time Program Fee:
$50 per child due with 1st month's tuition.
